We're confident in the R630 Glasses, so we offer a 60-night money-back guarantee. Use the glasses every day for the full 60 nights. Results build over weeks, not days. If your under-eyes don't look more rested at the end of your consecutive 60-night period, email us at contact@firmanee.com within 60 days of delivery and we'll be happy to assist with a return.

To start a return, email contact@firmanee.com with your order number and a brief note. We'll reply with return instructions. Note that you are responsible for return shipping and restocking charges. Once your return is processed, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

 

Conductive Eye Serum

The Conductive Eye Serum is a consumable product applied to the delicate eye area. For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot guarantee an opened or used serum, so the serum is non-returnable and non-refundable, no exceptions. This includes serum included as part of a bundle or subscription.

 

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with applicable law. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
